1. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED

All dates—both General Admission and Private Charters—are booked on a strict first-come, first-served basis. We cannot hold dates without a formal request submission.

2. PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Submission of payment does NOT guarantee acceptance of your booking.

• We review every booking request manually to ensure capacity and schedule alignment.

• If your booking is not accepted by our team, your payment will be fully refunded/voided immediately.

• You will receive a Final Confirmation Email once your booking is officially approved. Do not consider your booking active until you receive this email.
